Marriott Bonvoy is running another bonus-points offer for its elite members booking Homes & Villas, and this time the structure has changed from a flat bonus to a per-night one. Elite members Silver and above can now earn 3,000 bonus points per night, up to 12,000 points on qualifying stays — roughly 4 nights’ worth — instead of the single flat bonus Marriott has run in past versions of this promotion.

Booking Window and Stay Period
Register and book between October 5 and November 13, 2026, through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) platform. Qualifying stays must be completed between October 7, 2026, and March 31, 2027, with a minimum of 2 consecutive nights at the same property.
Financial Considerations
Stays must total at least $1,500 USD (or the foreign currency equivalent) in qualifying charges before taxes and fees. Taxes, fees, deposits, and add-on services don’t count toward that minimum.
Points Earning Structure
Every qualifying stay earns the standard 5 base points per US dollar spent, plus the promotional bonus of 3,000 points for each qualifying night, capped at 12,000 points (4 nights). That’s a meaningful change from earlier versions of this promotion, which paid a single flat bonus regardless of how many nights you booked beyond the 2-night minimum — this time, staying longer (up to 4 nights) directly increases the bonus.
On top of the base rate, your elite tier still adds its usual bonus percentage:

Exclusions
The offer excludes Marriott-branded hotels, residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments, as well as bookings made through third-party retailers. Award redemption stays and members who’ve opted to earn airline miles instead of points are also excluded, along with cancelled or no-show stays.
Point Allocation
Points post automatically within 72 hours of completing your stay, as long as your Bonvoy membership number was added at booking — notably faster than the 3–6 week posting window from earlier versions of this offer.
Conclusion
Because the bonus now scales per night up to 12,000 points, the math is different from past versions of this promotion: a single 4-night stay nets the full bonus in one booking, so there’s no need to split your trip into separate 2-night stays to maximize points the way earlier flat-bonus versions of this offer rewarded.
