What You Need to Participate in the Offer

2. Register via a unique link by visiting ihg.com/ReachPlatinum, logging into your IHG account and entering your membership number. 

The promotion is valid only during the specified period – August 1 to December 31, 2024

Platinum Elite status will only be awarded for Qualifying Stays that are scheduled and completed within this time frame.

Qualifying Stays and Nights

Members must stay in a Club InterContinental room at one of the partner InterContinental Hotels & Resorts for a minimum of five (5) nights in order to be eligible for Platinum Elite membership. 

The following are essential in order for these evenings to be eligible:

• The stay must be scheduled through the offer website and specifically linked to the Club InterContinental room.
• Rate Requirement: The nightly room rate must be more than $175 USD (or the equivalent in local currency).
• Only the nights that fall within the promotion period will be counted for stays that start before the promotion start date or end after the promotion end date. 

For example, only the nights of August 1 and 2 will be eligible for the promotion if a stay begins on July 30, 2024, and ends on August 3, 2024.

Bookings made through third-party websites (e.g., Expedia, Booking) or using reward points are not eligible. 

If multiple rooms are booked, only one room per night will count towards the promotion.
