ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka exceeded expectations with a surprise room upgrade and thoughtful welcome amenities. Pre-arrival arrangements were smooth, and the service, though not as effusive as in Thailand, was still excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay that surpassed expectations. Would return if given the chance!
