Only base points are multiplied as part of this promotion. This means that any elite level bonuses, credit card bonuses, or additional promotional earnings do not count towards the 3x multiplier.
To participate in the promotion, bookings must be made directly with IHG (via the website or app), and bookings made through third-party platforms such as Expedia or Booking.com are not eligible. In addition, nights booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash options are not eligible for the promotion. If a member books several rooms for one night, bonuses will be credited only for one room.
