How to Use the Club Lounge Access Reward for Another Person
You are unable to add Club Lounge Rewards to your account and book a stay under the name of another World of Hyatt member to redeem them.
But you also have the option to give a Club Lounge award to a different World of Hyatt member.
Step-by-step instructions on how to give your reward to another member of the Hayat program:
- Click the three dots next to your prize on the World of Hyatt website, then choose “Give your award” from the drop-down menu.
- To redeem your award, enter the recipient’s last name and your World of Hyatt account number. Then, click Proceed.
- To finish the procedure, the reward recipient will still need to give Hyatt a call. The Club Lounge access award will be applied to their stay after this step is finished.
