Homewood Suites by Hilton delivers an improved guest experience through their latest partnership with Grubhub. The companies are bringing hotel food delivery services to their guests for more dining options during their stay.
In an official press release, Grubhub Chief Operating Officer, Eric Ferguson, states: “We’re excited to work with Hilton to be their go-to meal delivery provider and make it easier for guests to discover new restaurants from the comfort of their room. They’ll be able to access Grubhub’s robust network of restaurants and convenience stores at the touch of a button.”
Using the Grubhub app, Homewood Suites guests can now:
- Order from local restaurants and convenience stores
- Deliver directly to your hotel room (location and drop-off instructions automatically added during checkout)
- Select guests are eligible for the Grubhub+ loyalty program for unlimited $0 delivery fees on orders $12 or more.
- Order ahead for pick-up at onsite hotel restaurants
Homewood Suites makes dining convenient, with complimentary hot breakfast and now expansive options for lunch, dinner, or even late-night snack cravings in your room.
A Partnership to Improve the Homewood Suites Guest Experience
Homewood Suites, Hilton’s award-winning extended stay brand, introduces the Grubhub dining services to close to 500 US locations. It includes locations with onsite dining for even more access to local dining options and hotel locations without onsite dining to bring much-needed amenities to the guest experience.
Rick Colling, global head of Homewood Suites, announces, “We are delighted to team up with Grubhub as we continue to innovate new ways to enrich the guest experience and enhance the food and beverage offerings available to guests of Homewood Suites by Hilton.”
A successful pilot launched in early 2023 proved successful and in demand for hotel guests who can now enjoy the app’s capabilities at more locations.
Grubhub for Hotels
The popular food delivery company has recently targeted hotels and resorts for expansion. It has a designated program for hotels to seamlessly integrate its delivery services as an amenity. In addition to hotel delivery, it also has other benefits, including:
- Room service management for at-your-door delivery
- Room charge integration – pay via room charge
While these features aren’t available at all locations, paying with a credit card can have perks if you’re considering ordering delivery.

Bottom Line
Instead of only having a handful of restaurants to eat onsite, Homewood Suites guests can now access a network of more than 365,000 restaurants. It’s especially useful for locations lacking onsite dining and a way to discover new restaurants during your travels.
Homewood Suites has all-suite accommodations with their own kitchenettes. Ordering delivery might not be every day for guests on an extended stay—there is still a delivery charge. However, promoting the convenience of having a delivery service partnership increases the perceived value when staying at these properties.
