How to Participate
To take advantage of this offer, members must:
- Be a World of Hyatt member – sign up for free if not already a member.
- Register for the promotion between October 1 and November 30, 2024, through Hyatt’s website or by calling a Global Care Center.
- Book and complete an Eligible Stay at a participating Mr & Mrs Smith property after registration during the promotion period.
Key Details and Conditions
- For every dollar spent, members earn twice as many points as usual.
- Eligible stays must be booked directly through Hyatt channels such as hyatt.com or the World of Hyatt app.
- Each stay must include at least one paid night or free night.
- Stays booked through third-party sites such as mrandmrssmith.com are not eligible for the program.
How the Offer Works
Once registered, members receive 5 bonus points per dollar in addition to the 5 base points typically earned, effectively doubling the rewards. This applies to all eligible stays completed at participating Mr & Mrs Smith hotels.
Plus, if you’re a World of Hyatt cardholder and pay for your stay, you’ll earn an additional 4 points per dollar spent. That is, a Globalist elite member with a credit card can earn up to 15.5 points for every dollar spent.
Even if you’re not a cardholder or elite member, the points can still accumulate quickly.
Restrictions and Limits
- Only the room the member occupies counts toward the promotion.
- A maximum of one room per stay is eligible for bonus points.
- Payments using cash, major credit cards, or debit cards qualify, while company-paid stays or third-party bookings do not.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.

How to Redeem Points
