Achieving Mosaic status unlocks a suite of benefits, including priority boarding, additional baggage allowances, and exclusive customer service lines. The criteria for earning Mosaic status are clear and attainable, with a focus on rewarding consistent patronage. In 2023, the New Tiles Tracking System was launched

JetBlue is making it easier than ever to track your progress towards its elite Mosaic level in the loyalty program. Introducing Tiles, an updated system showing different milestones for perks on JetBlue.

What are TrueBlue Tiles?

These tiles represent a gamified approach to tracking progress and earning rewards within the program. Members earn tiles through various travel-related activities, each unlocking distinct benefits and contributing to the journey towards Mosaic status.

How to Get Mosaic JetBlue

Tiles are earned based on dollars spent with the airline instead of how many miles are flown.

  • Earn 1 tile for every $100 you spend on JetBlue flights (including many extras & fees) and JetBlue Vacations Paisly packages*
  • Earn 1 tile for every $1000 you spend on JetBlue credit cards

*JetBlue Vacations offers Paisly packages, which are curated vacation bundles that include

  1. Hotels and Resorts
  2. Car Rentals
  3. Cruise bookings
  4. Travel/Trip activities

The integration of TrueBlue and Mosaic benefits into these packages enhances their value, allowing members to earn and redeem points, and enjoy Mosaic benefits when booking through Paisly. This integration represents a significant enhancement, offering a more comprehensive and rewarding travel package experience for JetBlue loyalists.

One thought on “Evolution of JetBlue’s TrueBlue and Mosaic Programs – Changes For 2024

  1. I only looked back on my statement when I realized I had been double-charged for a drink purchased on-board (I did select the complementary drink “perk” many months ago). I found that on the 6 flights I have taken since earning that “perk”, not a single drink has been “complementary”. Shame on me for not realizing/catching it sooner. I reached out to JetBlue and was told to file a complaint which should be responded to (not “resolved”) in 8-10 weeks. While this may seem minor, how many others have earned and selected this “perk” but have not been extended the benefit? Disappointing……. (stealing????…..)
